International Arrival and Welcome will begin on Tuesday, August 12. International Ambassadors will host one event (including a meal) per day leading up to Thursday, August 14. An official International Welcome program will take place on Thursday, August 15 . More details will be sent at a later date.

Student Orientation and Academic Registration (SOAR) will be held on campus for Fall 2025 on Friday, August 15 (please fill out the Arrival Information Form below to confirm your attendance). We will begin our program at 7:45 a.m. central time. More details will be sent at a later date to those who have registered. The all-student Welcome Week Program will begin with check-in from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16.

Students can arrive on campus beginning on Tuesday, August 12 and no later than Thursday, August 14 at 8:00 a.m. CST. Students who plan to arrive before Tuesday, August 13 should make local transportation and hotel arrangements. Our closest airport is the Evansville Regional Airport (EVV).
